Repeated Delivery Delays from Bajpe Ekart Hub – Anyone Else Facing This?

Hi everyone,

I ordered an air fryer, and the original delivery date promised was 3rd June. When it wasn't delivered, I was told it would arrive on 4th June. After that, the delivery date was pushed to 5th June, and then again to 6th June. Despite all these assurances, I still haven't received my product. The worst part is that I can't even cancel the product and go for other vendor . ( They say I can refuse it on the doorstep,.but the refund will be only done once the seller recieves the product back )

I informed the customer service executive that I may file a complaint for deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, as this level of delay and repeated false delivery commitments is unacceptable.

What's even more frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened. This is the second time I've faced the same issue with the Bajpe Ekart Hub.

Does anyone have the address of the Bajpe Ekart Hub? At this point, I'd rather collect the package myself if possible.

Also, has anyone else experienced similar delivery issues with this hub? I'd like to know if this is a recurring problem for others as well.
