**The Charyapada,** a collection of mystical poems and songs rediscovered in royal library of Nepal in 1907, is commonly accepted to have been composed and compiled between 8th and 12th centuries CE by 23 Siddhacharyas (tantric masters) of Vajrayana tradition of Buddhism from the tantric traditions of Odisha, Assam, Bengal and Bihar.

This verse (from [Charyapada Verse 10](https://youtu.be/gTk86O3qiaw?si=ykbh7SaLRB6dXJ9D)), composed by Kānhapāda(Kānhuipā), is a cornerstone of Eastern Indo-Aryan languages. It serves as a "linguistic blueprint", demonstrating the common *Abahatta* (Apabhramsha) roots that evolved into modern Odia, Assamese, Bangla, Maithili, Magahi and other East Indo-Aryan languages.

Especially for Odia and Bangla speakers, the striking resemblance is unmistakable. The syntax and vocabulary have remained remarkably intact for over a thousand years.

Another place that comes to my mind which i would have loved to have in this collectible passport would be the Karinja temple/region located in Bantwal taluk. The post office is right there at the bottom of the hil, lowkey in the middle of nowhere. Would have been such a cool niche addition!

Whereas Udupi district has places like Karkala, Katapadi (for Mattu gulla), Kaup, Varanga, Shankarapura, Manipal, Malpe, Nandalike, Someshwara wildlife, Attur (Church), Kundapura, Barkur, Kollur, Kota, Mandarthi and the Udupi town itself. 16 places omg!

I worked in an LPG import and storage organisation in 2013 after my graduation. The terminal manager was so bloody toxic. The working hours were 9 AM to 6 PM, 6 days a week. This 🤡 would reach after 9.30 AM, go home for his lunch break at 2.30 PM and return around 5.30 PM. And then would only watch the main gate CCTV to check who leaves at what time. The unofficial rule was that everyone COULD leave only after he left which could be anytime between 7.30 to 8.30 PM or still late.

If we leave "early" (around 7 PM🤣), the next day he would specifically ask about a pending task and then question why we left early!!!

I'm a student man, I cannot afford to pay 250 to go 2 kms. Do I have to learn bargaining here!? Isn't it like not allowed in uber and stuff to not charge extra???

Where are all our MP and MLA and influencers. Tapir chai wala gets more fame than the children of our soil. Who have toiled in mangalore for so many years and bring fame to the country state and our district

I am seeing lots of posts in various social media platforms about trains getting delayed because of Mangalore Central Railway Station. If that's the case why not develop Mangalore junction fully with proper approach roads, buses to various parts of city, more numbers of platforms and merge Central with junction? Instead of 2 Stations Mangalore will have 1 full fledged Railway station with all amenities.
