I am 8dpo on CD 22 and I am currently in the middle of the most chill luteal phase I’ve probably ever had.
For context, I am almost always super anxious and feeling down when my luteal phase begins. Usually have quite the acne outbreak along with exhaustion, irritability, and tend to be noticeably sore/larger in the chest. I also tend to have about a week of on and off minimal ‘spotting’ before my period. All of these things resolve pretty quickly once I’m out of the luteal phase.
Absolutely none of this has happened yet this cycle which is very weird for me. I’m happy to not feel totally miserable this time around of course, but it does feel odd. I just got some tests delivered and plan to take one tomorrow. I know I should probably just wait a few more days at least, but I do plan to space out the tests and won’t be retesting again until day after expected period next week.
