Question: Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?

Me and my husband (British National) are about to apply for Spouse Visa (switching from Fiancé Visa). Upon checking through the application form, one section asked, "Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?" as per my title.
Just to provide a context, I am half Malaysian and half Filipino, but considered as Malaysian as my Father is Malaysian and I was born in Malaysia. When I was around 7 years old, my Mum brought me and my younger brother to the Philippines and next thing I know, I started studying there until half way through college. Moved back to Malaysia after 11 or 12 years later to live there.
But with the question in the application form, I need to be transparent and need to declare that I have been living in the Philippines for quite some time. Do I need to provide some kind of documentation that I lived in the Philippines? I can provide start and end date of me staying in the Philippines but I am not sure about any legal documents they might request for me to provide.
