Good morning,
This came on very suddenly and has been really concerning. When I help her up onto all fours, she’ll stand but doesn’t move normally right away. After lying down, she struggles to get back up and won’t return to all fours on her own.
She is able to sit upright, but when she tries to use her back legs to stand, she seems to freeze and hesitate, almost like she’s in pain. During the night, she was able to make it downstairs into the yard, but she stayed under the deck and didn’t move again until I helped her.
It seems like something related to her hips or back legs, but I’m not sure. This has been going on for a few days now. I do have a vet appointment scheduled, but I wanted to see if anyone has experienced something similar or has any insight in the meantime.
