I found this black lab mix in front of my apartment building on East State. He has an orange collar but no tag. All of the numbers that can be called have been called, but if anybody has any lead I would greatly appreciate it.
Another gal stopped and provided me with a leash thankfully but had to get back to work.

I have cats and I have no idea if he’s reactive so I cannot keep him overnight. Any advice is appreciated! If you’re able to bring him inside he would very much appreciate it because it is HOT in this sun.
