Before and After

I have pcos and once I hit 20 it really caught up to me. For context im 5’5”. I started three months ago at 226lbs and im now 192lbs! Im hoping to reach 160 but at this point I’ll only be going up on dose as long as I can afford it. Im super happy with the results though. I strength train three days a week and try to get as much protein in as I can. Ive noticed that combining strength training with the medication has shaped me more than when I had lost weight previously with cardio and an extreme calorie deficit before. This time I was able to lose weight without a very restrictive approach and I am very grateful for that!
