Hello po! I'm an upcoming grade 11 student who recently js passed the ust entrance exam under HA strand. I also got the news that I am the top 1 student from my batch throughout gr 10, and i was wondering how I can apply for this scholarshippp. here's some questions po :)) :

1. What are the requirements/documents needed for the scholarship?
2. is there a given deadline for this sy (or based from last SYs)
3. does the scholarship apply to students coming from private hs?
4. is there any maintaining grade needed once im in shs?
