So getting back into trout fishing after a hiatus. My wife is getting me a new rod/reel setup for my birthday. Here is what I currently have:

Okuma Celilo 7ft Light paired with Shimano Nasci 1000

BPS Johnny Morris Carbonlite 7’2 Med Light with Carbonlite 2.0 1500 reel.

Okuma Cerros 7’6 MH with shimano curado bait caster (bass rod but listed for coverage)

I’m thinking an UL setup but really unsure what to get. I’m fishing in northern Nevada/california (Tahoe, Pyramid, Truckee, variety of reservoirs).

If your budget was around $150, what UL setup would you pair up?
