It was a short music video where a guy walks around a town singing a song (can't remember what he was saying, but it was definitely non-sensical?? I think) the people he walked past had 'fish heads,' or looked like sea creatures. The video was grey-scale but was tinted like an ocean green sort of colour. As he walks around town, he enters a building and looks in the mirror, revealing that he himself is a sea creature by taking off his hat and showing these gills. I remember finding it hilarious when I first watched it cause it was just so confusing but for the life of me I can't find it, and I think about it constantly.
