This is my PC specs
Ryzen 7 5700X3D
32GB DDR4
MSI Ventus RTX 5070Ti 16GB

I use a 2K model and test it with the a game running along with it (I tested with Where Winds Meet cuz I play it a lot) and results in slight slowness in VTS and the game becomes unstable. Any idea what would be causing this?

If upgrades needed, what to be upgraded?
