I couldn’t see the tire as there weren’t lights and it was at night. The body shop just quoted me $2250 to get a new bumper and fender. Is there anything I can do here other than paying the 2250? That’s a lot to pay out of pocket. This happened to me before and it was only $167. No internal damage to the car and it runs fine still. What should I do
