I have like 10 packs available to open just curious if it’s better to save it all for tmrw?

I have purchased a parking pass for Toronto Dominion Centre Parkade at 79 Wellington St. W. For a concert i have tonight. However im noticing today it says on the pass “Exit before 11” but at the bottom it says 24 hour access. I just wanna know if my concert goes past 11 will i be able to get my car out?
