I’m a developer building a job application tracking SaaS (Kanban pipeline + AI tools for cover letters, follow-ups, interview prep).

Right now:

  • ~20 active users
  • 2 paying customer
  • early product live
  • Blog pages + TikTok experiments running

The product is working, but I’ve realized the bottleneck is distribution, not product.

I’ve already built:

  • full SaaS product
  • AI job tools (cover letters, interview prep, follow-ups)
  • SEO Blog pages
  • early content experiments (TikTok + Reddit)

What I’m missing is someone who can own growth / acquisition system design (SEO strategy, content funnels, distribution loops).

I’m not looking for “marketing help” - I’m looking for someone who thinks in:

  • funnels
  • acquisition systems
  • scalable traffic channels

If you’re interested in early-stage SaaS growth and want to co-build distribution for a working product, happy to share everything I’ve built.

Hey,

I am not really here to promote my saas. I am here to ask in which direction should I go?

I have built an application I used while I was looking for jobs, and worked super nice for me, so I slapped Clerk on top of it and released to the public.

It helps with tracking job applications, some AI features (cl, interview prep, follow-up emails, the usual), it has a similar feature list to other established tools but with a better pricing and imho better UX.

Anyhow, I have hit in 1 month 3 paying users out of 50 total organically (I have great SEO + blog + free reddit posts). Thats great and all but I feel like there is a bigger market for this. Since I am a passionate SWE, I have more tech affinity than business or social.

Where should I look for either co-founders who could help out in that, or even just junior sales people who are willing to go fully performance based in the beginning?

My monthly sub costs 15USD/m and I was offering 5USD upfront + 2 USD each month per user every month they stay subscribed. I think this is actually a pretty reasonable offer for a mini startup.
