Are these compatible

Now I´m wondering if I should buy this and if they´re even compatible or if I should just buy the RAM I currently have, but with 16GB per RAN instead of 8GB. Or if there´s even better RAM I don´t know about.
I hope my questions are not too dumb I really don´t have a cloue when it gets to PC building.
Btw I´m living in Germany rn and it shouldn´t cost more than Idk 300 euros or smth.
