Hi,

So my OB told me I can not have any sugar at all. No sugar in my tea, no candy, no chocolate, no soda's, no orange jus, no lemonade... really NOTHING with sugar. Only water or water with fruit flavors.

I dont have diabetes btw.

Is this really not allowed?

EDIT: okay I'm not crazy for thinking this was too much, thank you all for the comments.

I do not have any medical issues.

Yes she really is an OB, but will look for a new one that is not so harsh on sugar intake.
