Ray-Ban support is the worst.
I got the wrong lens I purchased from Ray-Ban's website so started a warranty process. I get an email back saying basically they are closing my ticket and I need to speak to the retailer. WTF?
So I tried to use their AI support chat and it asked me what product. I typed in everything from headliner, meta headliner, gen 2, etc. didn't like any of them and kicked my out. Basically no support?
