In a pine forest, in the NE of Victoria, Australia I found what I suspect are Slippery Jacks. Along with what I know to be Saffron Milkcaps 👌 any info on Slippery Jack preparation and marketability to restaurants appreciated.

Also found what my app - PictureMushroom - is telling me are psilocybe* *allenii. I’ve never heard of this species colloquially (not surprising I suppose), normally around here we find psilocybe subaeruginosa.
