Anyone know tips for sciatic/ pelvic pain?

I'm 23 w tomorrow and a FTM with a Posterior Placenta. Since around 17 weeks i've been dealing with Sciatic pain mainly in my left lower back/hip/and thigh to knee. It recently also turned into pelvic pain along my left side mainly. Towards the end of my days or some days its worse and starts earlier, i will have excruciating pain to the point when i adjust in bed, change positions such as standing/ sitting, or walk it will be a sharp pain like a jagged knife is thrown straight into that area. I've had my boyfriend attempt to massage the area or use a heating pad but that only gives very temporary relief before the same level of pain returns. Last night i adjusted my position in bed a few times and each time it caused me to audibly cry out in pain just from shifting. Im not really sure what to do to help with the pain and i know its "normal" but its becoming so often its tiring not being able to do simple movements. Im to the point i have to slowly and safely push/roll myself off the bed or seat.

Edit: I also called my OB for guidance and am waiting for a call back.

Anyone else have a before finding out moment where it’s like you were jinxed?

I just thought I’d share this and see if it’s happened for anyone else. So during Christmas my bf and I were at his family’s holiday gathering. After exchanging gifts and chatting the room got pretty quiet. My boyfriend randomly then said loudly as a joke “well… ______’s pregnant”. Everyone was shocked, excited, and thought he was being serious. I panicked and made sure everyone knew I was NOT. A few weeks later I got my positive test and turns out after thinking back to the time frame, when he said that I was around 2-2&1/2 weeks with no clue
