I’ve been playing off an on for a couple months, and am really starting to enjoy the story, currently somewhere in the middle of chapter 1 (going around Bose). It just feels like some fights are obscenely hard for no reason, a majority of them feel pretty ok but then the elite monsters and boss battles just have random party wipe attacks that I can’t seem to avoid or defend. Mind you I was playing on normal and even switched to easy mode and was still getting my ass cooked. I’m trying to properly build my orbment slots, and have the latest gear, but it doesn’t seem to be enough. Are there some battle mechanics that I’m missing that are really important?
