I'm covering a duty this week that has an In Post locker on it, and neither me, the managers or anyone else can figure out how to deliver to it. The parcel is addressed correctly to the locker. I scan it in normally on my manifest in the morning and nothing unusual happens, then when I'm at the locker I scan the parcel and select delivery to locker, issue is I can't open the bloody thing. Delivery agent access asks me for a code and the PDA asks me for a code too, but can't find anything on the locker or the parcel itself that could be it! Management seem clueless so thought I would ask here to see if anyone can shed any light on it?

It's not a royal mail locker, there's one next to the In Post locker and got no issues delivering to that.
