Just got a 2021 kia seltos with a 1.4L 4 cylinder turboed engine. It's completely stock. Looking for some good performance/handling mods that I could do to it for a total budget of around $2000-$2500. Was thinking something like a throttle controller, a cold air intake, or maybe a bigger turbo + tune? Also thinking about an exhaust mod of some kind, but I don't know what would sound good and what wouldn't. Any thoughts or suggestions?

My edup wifi card has been super inconsistent for like 2 years now, so I decided to try an Asus pce-n15n 11n pcie wifi card I had lying around. It doesn't like windows. Booting from a Linux mint live USB, the wifi works flawlessly instantly, but on windows the card is recognized, but can't see any networks and also is labeled as not operational in settings and "view hardware and connection properties." Does anyone know how to fix it? I'm on windows 10 22H2 and my mb is an Asrock b450 pro 4 r2.0
