i got invited in for an asm interview and i’m just curious what to expect… if anyone has any pointers i’d be happy to hear them!!! anything helps!

i've been at heb for over 6 months now & my store opened up asm applications... i was told by one of my managers that i'd be a good candidate. i'm never late, i never call out, i have open availability... i'm trained in gas & i do crawfish on weekends.

so, i applied. i guess i kind of got my hopes up, because my coworker got an interview and i didn't :/... i havent received a rejection email yet, so should i still hold out hope?? or should i just accept my fate and try to prepare for the next opening?
