Preeclampsia at 35 weeks

With my wife at the hospital currently we had an ob appointment today but this morning before the appointment my wife had blurry vision with her whole arm numb and a severe headache. she told the ob this so they sent us to the ER at the hospital across the street to rule out preeclampsia, they have done blood work that came back with a few abnormalities (normal for a 35 week pregnancy) but paired with her symptoms i feel she 100% has early onset preeclampsia but they are trying to say no. Pretty hard for me to believe the ER doctors when they don’t deal with pregnant patients. Should i just take her up to L&D and have them look at her?

I think wife is in early labor?

Wife is 35 weeks pregnant today and yesterday my wife said she had some mucus and light blood when she wiped, ended up going away as the day went on. But today she can sometimes not stand straight saying it hurts really bad accompanied by a constant poop feeling while having period like cramps on and off. Are these early labor signs?
(I know i should be talking to a health professional but our OB SUCKSSSS and they won’t answer a phone call and their office is 30 minutes away :/ )
