Well I’m sure everyone has heard this: whether you’re already with T-Mobile or looking to make the switch, everything needs to be done through the app now or else reps will get hounded for doing it on their iPads. Please work with us to do our job correctly. Have your account ready and logged in or be patient with us when we setup your account through the app itself on your own device. I think if we get the PSA out it’ll help people understand it’s just our job to work through the app on YOUR phone now.
