It was found 3, maybe more, years ago, without the silver colored fuzz
Its just been lying in a drawer and has somehow become fuzzy?
It was found on the coast of Bornholm, right next to the lake called “Pyritsøen”
I'm seeking any advice and help, or if someone have tried this before.
I sold an item which when arrived the buyer reported as damaged during shipping. And so I got the first automated 48-hrs message from vinted.
I talked with the buyer a bit and we both agreed to see what vinted had to say.
So I clicked the "contract us" and disputed the damagde.
Here I was promised that they would respond within 48 hrs and they would review the case and 1 of 2 things would happen;
Well nothing happend in 4 days.
On the 5. day i got the automated 48-hrs message from vinted again.
Letting me know to contract them if I had an issue
This time the option to "escalate" to vinted was not available and if i clicked to see the procedings of the case, it said that "Vinted-supportteamet er ved at gennemgå dette problem" (The Vinted support team is reviewing this issue).
I also had not been told anything about relaying information from my side or neither was I given a place to share said information.
I was told to wait untill vinted contracted me and within that chat relay information.
So I ignored the 2nd 48-hrs automated message. Or rather there was not really anything I could do.
In the 48-hrs automated message it state:
"If you have already contacted us, simply provide the necessary information and confirm this in your conversation with us."
So I feel it was fair to assume that they would give me a place to respond
And guess what, after 48 hrs I get this:
"Annulleret transaktion
Denne ordre er annulleret. Køberen vil modtage en refundering."
(Transaction Cancelled This order has been cancelled. The buyer will receive a refund.)
I then contacted support which just told me that the 48 hrs had been exceeded because i hadnt relaid any information and there is nothing they can do.
I informed them multiple time that I did act within the 48 hrs and the support just ended the conversation.
Without confronting me on my core issue which was that they said I did not act within 48 hrs even though I did...
Would really appreciate any thoughts on this matter
And I think its safe for you to assume I do not recommend selling on vinted.
I am wondering what this might be and whether it’s a known issue.
On the left side next to the wing, there is a very circular bump, like a ballpoint pen was pressed into the card. The thing is that there is no indend on the other side.
Not planning on selling or grading, just curious if anyone has seen something like this before or knows what might have caused it.
