My son was born at 37+3. He’s doing really well in terms of growth he’s already back to his birth weight in 6 days which I suspect is partly due to me having an abundant milk supply. I just weaned my toddler in Jan and my milk came in after this delivery on day 2. Milk flow is super fast and my baby is gulping lots and seems to forget to breathe. He coughs and then eventually takes a huge deep breath. Anyone else been here? Lactation consultant just told us to take him off at any sign of gulping which is quite hard to hear or see sometimes. When will his suck swallow breathe coordination mature?
