Here's my situation. Had family issues so I did not dash for about 2 weeks. When I logged in my status was still platinum (not that platinum is so much better then the others). I dashed everyday last week. Deliveries were at 100 and something. Today I login and see that my deliveries were at an 80. I do the usual troubleshooting. Still showing 80. Did the chat thing requested HUMAN AGENT. Was told to uninstall blah blah... informed her that I had. She proceeds to tell me that it will be updated soon. Well I'm still waiting. Has anyone else had this to happen? If so did you get it resolved to where the count is correct.
