Anyone else unable to start the game because of a need to "unload CmUpx.sys". I can't seem to figure out how to find it.

Been playing on Rusticated US long this wipe and it is atrocious. Half the people in my area have a 10+ K/D and ive ran into two players with 200+ K/D this wipe. Contacted admin with video footage and they said that 200 K/D is normal and that they couldn't do anything. Anyone have any vanilla recommendations?

I used the bathroom this morning and when I flushed, the toilet backed up and started draining into the shower. I had a plumber come out who cleaned the mainline, and now the toilets work, but the shower won't drain at all. The plumber said he wasn't sure what the issue was and would contact me regarding next steps. At a loss for what to do, and unsure whether I should trust this company in the future. Any advice?
