I was about to put my summer (all season) tires back on and noticed the uneven wear.

All of the uneven wear is on the inside- all four tires but I rotate them each year.

Would these be safe for one more summer (until October?)

Also, although this is more of a mechanic advice question, if this is an alignment issue is it something easily done myself?

Vehicle is a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500
