I need help
I am trying to desperately sign into an old gmail account i made back in 2015-2017. I need to get into the account, and i dont have the option of creating another email account as i need to get into that current account to retrieve an email from a game i used to play.
I have access to all the emails I've used for the recovery process regarding this gmail account, but when i try to sign in or anything, it does not give me the option to send any recovery numbers to any old emails i've used in the past regarding sign in.
I have emails in my inbox with old recovery numbers regarding the email i'm trying to get into, but it wont even allow the option to send any kind of code or recovery procedures.
all i get is that google can't verify the account is mine when i have proof that is it, and the automated system will not do anything about this as it isn't advanced enough to understand my issue.
I have read pretty much every forum i can about this, and it just send me right to the recovery website that gives me the same recurring message of "we can verify this account is yours" when all it asks me for is the password andf gives me no other options to try and sign in.
Is there someone that can help me? I desperately need to get into this email, I've even tried signing in on old devices and that isn't working either.
I do not remeber the password at all, i have tried. I've searched every old device in my home, and do not have the option of connecting to similar network as i have moved since then, but the account is clearly mine and i just need to get a recovery email.
Edit: if you’re gonna tell me to “do better next time” I was 10 when I made the email. I’m not a dome head, If I could magically tell myself as a kid to set up recovery options I might’ve but I don’t need self righteous arm chair Google advocates telling me it. Obviously I know, I’m just seeing if there any other options. Thanks though.
