I'll keep it short. I'm designing a versatile RF PCB working at VHF frequencies. The reason I used so many passives is because I'd like to change the value based on target application. The big rectangles you see are 2 RFCs and another bobbin for the clapp oscillator. The reason I left no-fill zones beneath them is to reduce unwanted return paths, keeping Q controlled. I believe I tried my best, but I think there is definitely some things to improve.
