I need to vent a bit.
In December 2024, I bought a Dreame X40 for my office. It never really worked properly. It couldn’t maintain a straight path, always drifting slightly to the right, which constantly messed up the room maps. At some point, it just stopped working entirely. I took it back to MediaMarkt. Repair result: user error. They claimed the mainboard smelled like cleaning agent. That makes me wonder what I could have done differently, considering I only used normal water and the original Dreame cleaning solution via the tanks.
So I bought a Dreame X50. That one worked great at first. But after 7 months, the third wheel simply broke off. For context: my office has no steps or edges. Everything is flat and barrier-free. I even have a video showing how it just stopped with the broken parts next to it. So back to MediaMarkt again. Repair result: user error due to external force. This time, because of the video and the threat of legal action, they handled it as a goodwill case and refunded me.

After that, I bought a Dreame Aqua10 Ultra. This one performed the best so far. Again, it ran for about 7 months. No issues at all up to that point, and the best cleaning results. Now, once again, a part of the housing has broken. I can already imagine what the repair verdict will be.
At this point, I’m assuming a systematic issue with Dreame and am considering taking legal action proactively.
Can anyone recommend a top-tier repair service?
