I am wanting to make a cloak from the video on the second picture and am at that exact step, however I have a different creative idea than where he ends up with the cloak. I want something it to be hooked to the shoulder like in the first picture but I want to keep the main body and length in the front of the cloak and need help with where to cut to achieve that.
