I'm planning to call the retirement department tomorrow, but I'm also checking here to see if anyone has had a similar experience.

I left the company a couple years ago.

At the most recent dividend payout date, for the first time ever, I only received a dividend for the stock I bought individually. My profit plan stock dividend was not paid. I gave it a couple weeks to be sure and checked my account to make sure my vested stocks hadn't suddenly been removed, and all looked well.

Anyone else ever experience this?
