help!! my PS portal won’t connect to my home Wi-Fi at all, even after I reset everything. I’m traveling overseas and want to use it, but it won’t even connect here and now I’ve tried everything and I’m about ready to return this thing. I put in all the information and Wi-Fi password correctly and nothing. At this point can I just trade it in for another one please?
I have Quantum Fiber Internet if that helps
