Won the chargeback against Junao_game
Just wanted to let you all know, after 2 months of waiting, the chargeback was finally accepted. He sold me a Steam account instead of keys.
First this scammer didn’t want to refund me.
I tried several times, then went to the bank route.
The first direct attempt between my bank and him failed, then I escalated it to Visa. Provided information on his bad reputation and scamming others, and information that him selling Steam accounts is illegal and breaks Steam’s policies, and yesterday I got my money back.
For the future, if someone else gets in this mess, just provide references from Reddit, and the Steam’s own website stating the policy.
He probably also lost money during the two chargeback events (I hear they cost money for the seller), he could have just refunded me at the beginning.
