Brought Horizon 6 yesterday and the key hasn't been delivered, it's stuck saying waiting for payment even though it's been made

Recently I bought forza horizon 6 , before launch, usingy email, but not being connected to the account at that time.

When payment was done and no email was received, i logged into my account confirmed that the order is not visible on the account, and created a support ticket.

Day 1 of support:

I provide order number and payment proof, I'm told everything is ok and that an email will be sent to my email when the game is release.

Day of the release, nothing is delivered, no order is in my account still so, i reopen the support ticket.

Now, the 20 of may, i get a quick reply saying that i should have gottend the email, and that if i would log to that account, i should be able to see the order. Then the message continues saying that actually i should create an account on g2a using that email and then i wiuld see the order, but like always my support ticket is CLOSED immediatley after a reply is sent.

The cherry on the top is that they show a different email in the message, which i never used or ever had, and right now im pretty sure that that is a rypo on their side, as the whole message looks like a half-assed reply.

Is there any better way of reaching competent support ?

Has anybody received their code from G2A yet?

Edit: I eventually got my code after buying it from loaded so I just gave it to a family member

on a g2a account that i bought am i the only person using it and is the game already played and if yes, can i reset the progress to plaay the game from the beginning , the game is called ready or not

All I need is a refund back to my bank account so I can just be regular again and have no more money troubles.

I planned to buy Forza Horizon 6. I thought the premium upgrade meant I would get the game, but I was wrong. I contacted the seller(Gaming4You) and G2A ASAP. Now I am bummed out because I just used my birthday money on something I thought was a game. What are the chances I get a refund? Do I contact my bank?

G2A is Saying i cant withdraw my money and to get more feedback in order to be able to withdraw, but i have withdrawn money in the past with the same rating, and when ive asked buyers recently to leave feedback, they haven't. I've already tried contacting support multiple times, and have had no response its been over 8 days now.

Any help and or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Hi, I accidentally purchased an account instead of a key on G2A this Saturday. I thought I was buying a normal activation key, but after purchasing I realized it was an account listing.

I contacted the seller (Ravestore) immediately asking for a refund. I have NOT accessed the account, revealed/used any credentials, changed any information, or used any of the content.

Is it possible to get a refund in this situation? I would really appreciate any help from G2A support or anyone who had a similar experience.

If everyone is wondering about purchasing something from this seller, just keep in mind that once the purchase is done, he is not willing to help you with anything.

I have purchased Forza Horizon 5 from him instead of Forza Horizon 6 ( he priced them both the same which is a nasty tactic considering FH5 is cheaper on steam than through his page but in the end it's my mistake I didn't double check it) and the method of purchase was through a steam gift. I have realized my mistake when I received the gift on steam. Therefore, I didn't accept it and contacted him to tell him about my problem.

Relevant info: If you decline a gift on steam, the person who made the gift, gets his balance credited back immediately with the amount spent on the gift.

So naturally I asked him if we could work something out, so that I decline this gift, and he can refund me or send me the actual game that I wanted so that he still makes a sale. (It was something that could've been fixed very easily on his part)

However, he refused under any circumstance, stating that I got what I paid for. Which is true.

I've appealed Europe Consumer's Rights Agency ( as you are entitled to refund any digital good that wasn't consumed) and also my card company to chargeback this transaction.

I'm posting this so that everyone can make their own decision when picking between him and another seller which might be a lot more useful in the event of an issue 😄

When I was in the G2A site i clicked on gift subnautica 2 so I understood it was a steam gift but when I bought it appeared that I bought an account so I contacted the seller and the seller is refusing to accept I havent even opened the link to activate the account.

I had very good experiences (I guess luck?) with G2A. But the last purchase was over 10 years ago.

I did my research too late and purchased a key from Gaming4you. It resulted in a late delivery with no refund, even though the key had not been redeemed.

Is anyone interested in an FH6 Premium key? Of course, cheaper than on the page available

Every day, people come to this sub-reddit asking for help because they haven't got what they paid for through G2A. Whether they have not received keys, found the keys they bought to already be used, bought accounts that they can't access, or in their own way have been scammed. We've heard these same stories time and time again.

Don't think I'm letting the sellers nor G2A themselves off the hook here, they are the main problem, but since G2A and these scumbag scam-artists don't care to be any part of the solution, it's down to the buyers to be the solution. There is something better than learning from your mistakes, learning from somebody else's.

So I'm making this thread looking for others to contribute to a set of general advice to users on G2A about what to do and what not to do to avoid being ripped off. So please, tell your stories, offer your advice so we might condense this knowledge into one, hopefully easy to find easy find reddit page. I'll edit the page going forward as often as I can to include new, relevant information.

I'll set the ball rolling with these two.

1. Do your research on a seller before buying.

If they have a habit of scamming people, their name will be out there. It could be here on Reddit, social media as well as G2A customer reviews, but I'm not sure how much I trust those. Whatever avenue you choose, just do the homework.

On a side note, maybe we could have a "bad actors" list on this page? Please let me know what you think.

2. Never buy accounts. Ever. Honestly, if G2A cared, they would ban this practice.

The account login information is not enough. Account transfer is a complicated process that requires access to a seller's personal e-mail or possibly even phone number. Failing that, it would need the seller's their complete coordination to pull off. Without that, it is all too easy for the seller to simply claim the account back and deny you access. Of course, this has happened, but most sellers just save both parties the time and don't even give you the login information in the first place.

If, by some miracle, you do encounter a seller that is both honest and cooperative, you can still assume that account is on borrowed time. It doesn't matter whether it's Steam, EGS, GOG, PlayStation, Microsoft, Nintendo or even non-gaming related things like Adobe, Spotify, Netflix or Amazon. Whoever it is, I can almost guarantee that buying, selling and trading of accounts is against that company's specific Terms of Service (TOS). If you get caught, and you likely will, you can wave that account and all the games, software, movies and music that come with it goodbye. As well as any hope of a refund. Sellers know this.

this is the website ( which doesnt work) and has my account ( that i bought) login email and i cant change email on the steam account, i have messaged seller and no reply yet, just want to secure the account, what should i do? i cant write the websites name for some reason

I accidentally bought the upgrade bundle for Forza Horizon 6 instead of the base game. I realised it just before opening the order. I realised instantly that all the stores have support, and I tried to contact the 2 times. Both of the times, they told me that the key is indeed unrevealed, but instead of helping me issue a refund, they asked me to further sell the key to a friend or online. They ask me to change my review, but without helping me out. When I go to the G2A support, I am welcomed with a message saying that they have their hand tied. I really loved this site with all my heart, but now I see that they can't protect buyers; they can only protect abusive sellers.
