5 months in and losing hope Been job hunting since January. Backend dev, 4 years exp, based in NJ. I apply 30 to 40 jobs a week and get almost nothing back. A company reached out and said they'll handle the applications, clean up my profile, and only charge if I actually land something. Fee is 15% of first year salary, paid in installments. No upfront cost. I'm tempted but also nervous about handing over control. Has anyone done this kind of thing? Did it actually help or did you just end up with a pile of irrelevant interviews?
