I'm trying to find a music video I watched years ago (at least 8 years old, so it came out in 2018 or earlier). The main plot was this: a couple, a man and a woman, are in love, but the guy literally steals the girl’s heart — he takes it out of her chest. He keeps her heart inside a briefcase filled with ice to preserve it. Then the girl — she had dark hair and was dressed in black — goes on a mission to get it back. At the end of the video, she finds the guy, they fight, she defeats him, and she finally recovers her heart.

I think at some point in the song the lyrics said something like "you, you said / said my love" or something similar.
