Do you think you should drive LMP2/3 before stepping up to GTP?
I own all the GTP and bought them when they each released. I realized since all of their releases, I’ve never did a race with them, maybe 1 league race with the Porsche 2 years ago.
So I’ve been trying to get back into them and actually put my money to use running tests. Trouble is, I find them incredibly hard coming from GT3 and TCR. They don’t rotate the same and the brakes lock up the worst of anything I’ve ever driven. I’m also worried about all the settings you have to change while driving.
So my question is should I try to race the LMP2 /LMP3 before racing the GTP or should I just practice more and get used to the car?
P.S: Also just as a note the LMP2 is near impossible for me to drive safely as with one monitor my FOV is fucked for cockpit. LMP3 is better and GTP aren’t a problem.
