I've had two wine shipments 1) lost and 2) returned to the shipper despite a clear delivery address ... to my neighborhood FedEx print & ship center! I thought at least since it's shipping to a FedEx office there wouldn't be a problem.

(A FedEx supervisor is looking into this for me, but an earlier ticket raised by the shipper was closed out with a note that the package was delivered. It wasn't!)
