Health care for Nomads Moving to Brazil

Hey Nomads, for anybody who has moved to Brazil, what have you done for health care plans? I won't be working for a company, so my options appear to be:

- Open my own company to get a plan -- requires a 6 month wait, and all domestic plans have really long waits for procedures, like half a year
- A worldwide plan through a health care provider. Better, with much shorter waits for procedures, but not particularly cheap

Has anybody figured out a reasonable plan for themselves?

Obrigado!

Hi nomads, I am preparing for my digital nomad visa, and will be moving to Brazil for at least a year before moving on to Portugal. I have my own LLC here in the US and all of my gigs are ran through it. There is a really good chance that we will be in Brazil longer than 183 days so I would be classified as a resident and have to pay taxes. I am getting conflicting information on how best to handle it, so the best thing to do is seek out a professional.

Does anybody have a recommendation on a tax attorney in Brazil that has experience with nomads who have US LLCs? English speaking would be great, but not required. Thank you!!
