PC Build Feedback (Ryzen 7 9800X3D / RTX 5080)

Hey everyone, right now i have a PC setup from 2019/2020 with a Ryzen 5 3600, Radeon RX 5700 XT and 16 GB of RAM that has given me a good 6 years. I am however noticing the age of the setup very much and am not going to be able to buy a new pc for about 7 years since my income will have to focus on living cost primarily.

That's why i want to buy a PC now that is going to last me at least that amount of time at a decent quality and want to hear your opinions:

Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING B850-PLUS WIFI - 191€

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D - 389€

GPU: Gigabyte WINDFORCE RTX 5080 - 1199€

CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 5 - 84€

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2x16) DDR5-6000 CL36 - 382€

SSD: Crucial P3 Plus 2TB - Recently upgraded and from my current build

PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 12 1000W - 115€

Case: Fractal Design North XL - 150€

Monitor: LG 27GX704A-B.AEU - 389€

Overall Cost: 2899€

A few extra notes

RAM: Since i am not willing to buy 64 GB of RAM at current prices, my plan was to buy 2x16 GB now and if i need more in the future to retrofit with another 2x16 GB. Is that a good option or are there any big downsides?

Monitor: The monitor in this build is in WQHD. Do you think that UHD was an option for my situation? I worry about falling behind in hardware much faster with a 4k monitor than i'd like.

Case: Do you have experience with the noise in this case? I've read that the fans tend to be quite loud - but are also very powerfull, so you'd barely have to use them at full speed i imagine (?). I do worry a bit about this since i have an Open-Back Headset but i just like the design of this case very much.
