Wtf is happening in this town?
This is going to sound insane, but I swear this is true.
I'm a visitor from Ireland, I'm here for a week for something and I just arrived today from Bristol airport.
What in the Jaysus fuck is happening in this town?
Since I've arrived today a bit before 16:00, from just walking in the street:
-I've seen a grand total of 17 people (men and women) with no top on (I moght have forgotten a few), and 3 people wearing only underwear. I get it's starting to get warm but wtf?
-I've been splashed with unknown liquids twice.
-There was a guy wearing a full-on welding mask ordering at McDonald's.
-Countless people obviously on drugs (I live in Dublin so I shouldn't be complaining too much about that, but I don't know, there's something different about drugies here)
-The only two people that were totally sound when they talked to me were the guy who I'm renting a room to, and the bartender at McCann's.
Again, I'm not in the slightest scared or anything, it's fine. But what in the hell is happening in this town? I feel like I've stepped into a fake, staged place where half the people are acting crazy for a movie.
