Any advice on what to do next?
I have been following the guide on this reddit to try and get my appeal to a real human so they can review it, but I got stuck at a point where I haven't seen other people stuck at. I followed it, and also didn't mention the words, "appeal" or "suspended", but still got this message.

If your appeal has already been denied, it isn't possible to submit another one via in-app reporting or via support channels. Our Terms of Service outline your options if you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your appeal.

I replied with asking to be forwarded to the safety team, but that was now over 5 days ago. It is funny, because at this point none of my appeals had been denied, even the automated one through the app that I clicked which is supposed to ask for them to review the ban hadn't automatically been rejected yet, so it was a weird message to get.
I was just wondering what my next step should be. I replied a few times since then to keep the ticket open, but after a couple days the open signal goes back to closed. Should I keep replying and keeping it open until someone replies, or just let it sit on closed for 2-3 days and open a new ticket?
