June 5th, River at Manchester at 11:15pm. When there's a pedestrian waiting to cross at the crosswalk and you can see them lit up in the dark when they are wearing high-vis, you're supposed to wait until the pedestrian has fully crossed before you make your left turn - not gas it immediately and come inches from hitting them and then continue to speed off. Hope this information helps your piss ass poor driving skills.
