Collection company not budging

I called and offered a collection company (Portfolio Recovery Associates) a one time lump sum payment for a pay and delete. I started at around 30% and went up to 50% and they absolutely wouldn’t take it..

On a balance of $492 they said they couldn’t go lower than $360

And on a balance of $1314 they said they couldn’t go lower than $919

Update - I took their offer of $1263 on a balance of $1806.

Collection agency stating inaccurate information

So I put some money aside to pay off some collections. About 2 years ago I paid someone who gets things deleted from your credit report by disputing with the collection agencies. Everything dropped off for a few months then came back. So recently I put some money to the side to try and negotiate for a pay and delete. I called portfolio recovery associates today and the lady on the phone told me that all of my debts were being flagged for inaccurate information and my best bet was to dispute it and she could forward me to the department. I’m a little confused on why a collection agency trying to get me to pay on a debt they purchased would tell me I could actually dispute it and get it dropped off completely and not have to pay. Can anyone explain this to me and what I should do going forward ? Would really appreciate it

6’0 168lb - bulk or cut?

Been cutting since January. Started around low 190’s. Been mostly eating to lose 1.5lb a week with some re feed days thrown in every 3 or so weeks which is just my regular eating + a chipotle burrito. I just recently upped my calories to lose 1 pound a week - want to slowly transition my calories into maintenance by July.

lifting 3-4x weekly + 30 minute zone 2 cardio around 3-4x weekly.

I’ve been able to maintain a decent amount of muscle during this cut , some things have even gone up very minimally tho.

Any tips/feedback at all is greatly appreciated.
