I worked at a luxurious resort out of country for around 3 years. That resort obtained similar if not higher expectations compared to Four Seasons. I started at the bottom and pretty much went through a Manager in Training (MIT) Program. After that, I got hired back and eventually reached an Operations Manager-type position. Now, I want to work at Four Seasons; However, I am having trouble landing interviews and deciding what positions to apply for. Any suggestions for getting interviews? Any suggestions on what positions to apply for?
