Hot Take: Bora Bora

I am a four seasons guy through and through and have stayed at over 70 properties. We just got back from our honeymoon and split between the Four Seasons Bora Bora and a resort called the Brando. The Four Seasons Bora Bora was by far the worst Four Seasons property that I’ve ever been to and could not believe it.

The food was horrendous. The over the water bungalow was dated and while the staff was very nice, the service was subpar at best. 3/10 stars as Bora Bora is beautiful.

Favorite requested/not listed room amenities?

Obviously this varies at each location, but what is something that blew you away that they have on hand for guests? Both the little things and not so little things.

Some stays I forget I can always double check to see if they have something available. My recent stay at Baltimore they provided me with amazing bath salts to help my sore muscles and joints!

Trip report: 10 nights at Four Seasons Lana’i with three kids (infant to middle school). Don’t let the “not for families” reviews scare you off.

Four Seasons Oahu Stay

My partner and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Oahu, and we had such a great experience. The property is beautiful, the adult pool and spa were definitely standouts for us. The staff was attentive and very kind the entire time.

A huge shoutout to u/alex_travels for making our trip extra special with an amazing oceanfront room upgrade. Waking up to those views made the stay even more memorable. We also received some tasty treats as a welcome, fantastic!

Room:
Oceanfront, 11th floor. Beautiful view of secret beach. We enjoyed unobstructed views of the sunsets on the lanai.

Gym/Spa:
Clean equipment, lots of variety to make sure you get a good workout in. Love using the spa services like sauna, steam room, and cold plunge.

Property:
Easy to get around, clean. Could feel a bit busy if weddings are going on. FS shares a lagoon with Aulani which could be a blessing or a curse.

Overall, a fantastic property for couples/ and family looking for a relaxing, Hawaiian getaway. We will absolutely come back!

Four Seasons Maui

We are here now . Beautiful resort. Some of the negative reviews mentioned having to get out at 7AM or long waits for the adult pool. The complementary cabanas by the fountain pool are terrific and they have the super comfortable cushioned loungers in them . The adult pool is literally only a 1-2 minute walk from fountain pool . We have been getting set up at the fountain pool cabanas and then venturing over to adult pool for a bit later in the morning . Seems like the best of both worlds!

Four Seasons Orlando

Does anyone know the trick to get hired here? I am well qualified. Over 15 years of food and beverage experience. My dream is to end my career and retire with this company.

Has anyone had any luck? Does anyone suggest I just show up with my resume and ask to speak to someone?
